Dear Friend,
Artist Paul Kamish is
creating a limited edition relief "wall
sculpture" of the Legendary
Front Four of the Minnesota Vikings.
The sculpture is scheduled to be
released Summer 2007.
Kamish is working
with Matt Blair and his organization and
they have reached an agreement with all
four "Purple People Eaters" (Alan
Page, Carl Eller, Gary Larsen, & Jim
Marshall).
This sculpture
edition will be limited to only 88 pieces.
Each sculpture will be signed and
numbered by the artist and each will be
signed by all four Vikings stars.
Last summer, Paul was
commissioned by the Vikings'
6-time pro-bowl linebacker Matt Blair
to create a wall sculpture cast in a
resin and hand painted in "Old World"
oil paints. The sculptures were
awarded to the top team at Blair's
annual Golf Tournament which raises
money for Minnesota Special
Olympics.
Paul Kamish's body of work
continues to expand . . .
Here are a few
works that Paul has released as well as
a few he is in the process of
completing.

Your Opinion . . .
This New Sculpture
with be a wall relief framed about 25" x
30". When starting any sculpture, a
series of images and sketches are made
to design the look and feel which will
ultimately be the layout for the
sculpture.
We are asking for
your assistance. Artist Paul Kamish
would like to get feedback on the
following
rough concepts that he has put together.
Some are quick sketches and other are
just collages of existing photos and old
Vikings footage.
As you will see, the
images that follow are very rough
starting points and the intention is
just to get layout ideas for the sculpture.
The focus here is concept and
composition. Colorization will be
addressed later.
